What this site collects, and what it doesn’t.

Short version: only what you type into a form, used only to reply to you. No ads, no tracking pixels, no selling of data. Last updated 27 September 2026.

1. What you send

The contact form sends your name, email address, optional organisation, subject and message to info@vinujaglan.com. The newsletter form sends only your email address. Nothing else is collected through the forms.

2. How it is used

Messages are read and answered personally. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the newsletter. Neither is sold, rented or shared for marketing.

3. What your browser loads from others

Fonts are served by Google Fonts and icons by Cloudflare’s cdnjs. Like any website that loads files from another server, your browser shares your IP address with them when it fetches those files. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

4. Links out

Links to YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and the sites of the four practices lead to services with their own privacy policies.

5. Your choices

Write to info@vinujaglan.com to see, correct or delete anything you have sent, or to leave the newsletter. It is done by hand, usually within a few days.

6. Counselling enquiries

Messages about personal difficulties are treated as confidential and are never published or shared. This site is not a crisis service — if you are in danger right now, call 112, or Tele-MANAS on 14416.

Your rights under Indian law

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data you have shared here, have it corrected or erased, and withdraw your consent at any time — for example, to stop receiving the newsletter. Write to info@vinujaglan.com with the subject "Data request"; it will be handled personally and promptly. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Visit counter

This site keeps a simple count of visits on its own server: which page was opened, when, which website sent the visitor, and whether the device was a phone or a computer. It uses no cookies and stores no names, no IP addresses and no other personal data. Only Vinu can see these numbers.
